Head, Upper School

Seabury Hall is seeking an experienced and dynamic educator/administrator to lead the Upper School. This position will become available on July 1, 2011.

Seabury Hall is a college preparatory school, located on Maui and serves 435 students in grades 6-12 with approximately 300 students in the upper school. Seabury is known for its fine college preparatory program and dynamic extra-curricular activities which include outstanding arts, athletic, community service, and student activity programs.

Seabury Hall is committed to serving families from all walks of life who have a strong desire to attend colleges and universities throughout the country. The school embraces current, relevant and future thinking pedagogy and is supportive of many of the concepts of the "Schools of the Future" and "21st Century Schools".

Candidates must hold a minimum of a Master's degree, enjoy working as an equal member of a very collaborative administrative team, have extensive experience working with faculty and students and be well versed in current educational trends.
